Clergy Information Form
New clergy, please complete;
others, update as necessary
2020 Church Information
Includes: Names and contact information for church staff and vestry
2020 Convention Delegate Certificate
Certificate of election, with contact info;
elect according to Canon 1

Required annually by the IRS. Include the
completed form and record of vestry approval

Social Media Policy and Guidelines (PDF) The Social Media Policy was adopted in 2016. Please refer to it for guidance on Web sites, Facebook pages, and other social media.
ministrysafe.com Completion of the online Ministry Safe course is required for all employees and volunteers who work with minors. This includes: nursery staff, Sunday School teachers, youth leaders, and clergy.
