All delegates and alternates should attend their local Deanery meeting in October to prepare for the Convention.

The business of this meeting is to fill vacancies on the diocesan Executive Council and to answer questions you may have about the proposed 2015 budget and assessment schedule; proposed resolutions and amendments to the diocesan Constitution and Canons, if any; and prepare you for other business of convention, including the election of officers to fill vacancies on the Standing Committee, Ecclesiastical Trial Court, and diocesan delegations to ACNA Assembly and other meetings and synods in the Province or beyond.

Also at the Deanery meeting you will elect a representative to Executive Council. Please use this form for nominations and submit it to your Dean at least a week before the meeting. Diocesan Canon 35, which explains the Deanery system, is here.

Before the appointed meeting date, please print a copy of the budget and assessments materials. These will be available on the main convention page beginning October 1.
