Elect one clerical and one lay member
The Rev. Canon Sergio Diaz is vicar of Iglesia San Miguel in Fort Worth. He is the Bishop’s Canon for Hispanic Ministry and is nominated for a second term on the Standing Committee. He is a member of Rotary and runs an after-school Christian club at Glen Park Elementary School.
The Rev. Andrew Petta is vicar of St. Barnabas Church in Fort Worth. He is a member of the Executive Council and served as chair of the Bishop’s Conference on Mission in 2011. He has represented the diocese on the ACNA council.
Rod Barber is a member of Holy Comforter, Cleburne. He is nominated for this second term on Standing Committee. Rod is a member of the diocesan Board of Trustees and chair of the Risk Management Committee. He is a past chair of the Camp Crucis board and represented the diocese at the 2017 ACNA Assembly. He has served in a variety of parish positions.
Leilani Ogujiofor is a member of St. Simon's Church in Fort Worth, where she has served on the Altar Guild and as a member of the outreach committee. She participated in Happening and was an EYC officer. Leilani has been a delegate to diocesan convention. In the community she is a member of United Way, Urban League Young Professionals, and other advocacy organizations.
ECCLESIASTICAL TRIAL COURT NOMINEES
Elect one clerical and one lay member
The Rev. Timothy Matkin is rector of St. Francis Church in Dallas. He is nominated for a second term on the court. Fr. Matkin also is a member of the Commission on Ministry and the Spiritual Life Committee. He is a member of St. Michael's Conference faculty and serves on Happening teams.
The Rev. Brian Chase is rector of Good Shepherd, Wichita Falls. Previously he was a church planter in Canton, Ohio. In addition to his parish duties, Fr. Chase volunteers at a local elementary school. He was adjuct professor of theology and church history at Malone University.
Mack Wood is a member of St. Vincent’s Cathedral. A lifelong Anglican, he has served in a variety of parish leadership roles, from acolyte to Senior Warden. He has served on the diocesan Finance Committee and as a deputy to General Convention. He is a current member of the Commission on Ministry and is nominated for his second term on the court. Mack has held several community posts, including that of election judge in Tarrant County precinct 4045.
Bruce Camp is a member of St. Laurence, Southlake.
NOMINEES FOR DELEGATE and ALTERNATE DELEGATE
TO EXTRA-DIOCESAN SYNOD
Elect three clerical, three lay, and three youth delegates.
The remaining candidates will serve as alternates.
The Rev. Chris Culpepper is Rector of Christ the Redeemer, Fort Worth. He is chaplain of the TCU Canterbury ministry, President of the Standing Committee, and serves on the Men's Conference Steering Committee. He is a past clerical delegate to the ACNA Assembly.
The Rev. Tom Hightower is chair of the Commission on Ministry. Since his retirement as rector of St. Peter & St. Paul, Arlington, he has become an assistant priest at St. Matthias, Dallas. He has represented the diocese as a member of the ACNA council.
The Rev. Kingsley Jon-Ubabuco is rector of St. Philip’s Church in Arlington.
The Very Rev. David Klein is rector of St. John’s, Fort Worth, and Dean of the Fort Worth East Deanery. He is co-chair of the diocesan Stewardship Committee.

The Very Rev. Ryan Reed is Dean of St. Vincent’s Cathedral. He serves on the ACNA Executive Council and is a past delegate to provincial Assemblies. Dean Reed serves on the board of the American Anglican Council and is a Forward in Faith North America council member.
Gerald Gregory is a member of St. John’s Church in Fort Worth, where he is active in parish leadership roles. He represents the parish as a board member of the South Central Alliance of Churches. At the diocesan level, his experience includes membership in the Executive Council and service on the Cursillo Renewal Center Board.
Kristy Leaseburg is a member of St. John’s, Fort Worth, and co-chair of the Christian Education Committee. She leads children's and youth ministries in the parish and has served on vestry. She served on the ACNA Committee for Catechesis and facilitates an alliance of Anglican homeschoolers. She was an alternate delegate to the 2017 ACNA Assembly.
Judy Mayo is a member of St. Andrew’s, Fort Worth and serves on the diocesan Standing Committee. She is Director of Children's Ministry in her parish, a past Altar Guild directress, and lay sub-dean of the Fort Worth East Deanery. She was a deputy to General Convention and a delegate to the 2017 ACNA Assembly.
Debbie Petta is a founding member of Christ the Redeemer, Fort Worth, and an ACNA prayer intercessor. Debbie is a member of the Commission on Ministry and represented the diocese at GAFCON II and at the 2017 ACNA Assembly. She assists her husband, Glen, who is the national director of SOMA USA.
Dr. Franklin Salazar is a member of St. Alban’s, Arlington and President of the diocesan Board of Trustees. He has served on the Standing Committee and as a deputy to General Convention. He is a retired dentist.
Walter Virden III is a member of St. Mark’s, Arlington, where he has served in a variety of leadership positions. He is a member of the Board of Trustees, serves on the Retirement Fund Committee and is diocesan Treasurer. Walter is a member of the Nashotah House board of trustees. He represented the diocese at the 2017 ACNA Assembly.
Debbie Wallace is a founding member of Christ Church, Waco, where she has served all ages in a variety of roles, from greeter to study leader. She coordinates the congregation’s mentoring program at a local elementary school and is a parent volunteer and booster at the Live Oak Classical School.
Sinai Diaz is a member of Iglesia San Miguel, Fort Worth, and a TCU Horned Frog.
Brendan Marchand is a member of Holy Apostles, Fort Worth.
Andres Mota is a member of St. Anne’s, Fort Worth. He has attended the St. Michael's Conference Southwest.
Alyssa Kunkel is a member of St. Stephen’s, Hurst.
William Wallace is a member of Christ Church, Waco, where he serves as an acolyte. He has attended the diocesan Men's Conference.
