Hood county judge
postpones case

In the Hood County litigation concerning a bequest to St. Andrew's Episcopal Church in Fort Worth, Judge Ralph Walton today granted a motion for abatement (postponement) of the suit until the Tarrant County litigation in Judge Chupp's court is resolved. A conference call with Judge Chupp and the attorneys on how that case should be styled is scheduled for Tuesday, Sept. 14.
