Motion partially granted

A brief hearing took place this morning in the 141st District Court to address a motion concerning the naming of the parties involved in the suit against the Diocese and Corporation. Judge John Chupp reaffirmed his July 8 order prohibiting the plaintiffs' attorneys from appearing in the name of the Diocese and Corporation. But he did not grant a further request that the plaintiffs refer to the defendant Diocese and Corporation by no other name than their legal names.

Additional motions on the substance of the case will be before the court in the near future. No additional hearing dates have been set at this time.
